Terms of sale
Version 1, 18 September 2026. These terms cover buying a course on this storefront. Using the course itself happens in the PrepGraph student app, whose own terms apply there.
1. Who you are buying from
Courses on courses.prepgraph.com are sold by PrepGraph. Supplies to customers in India are made by Prepgraph Private Limited (GSTIN 03AARCP1868M1ZT). The receipt we send you names the seller for your order.
2. What you buy
- One course, at the level you chose, bought once. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and no card details stored.
- Access runs for the term stated on the course page before you buy, counted from the moment your order is activated. Every course PrepGraph sells here today carries a 90-day term; if a course page states a different term, the course page is right.
- The course is self-paced, taught one to one by the PrepGraph voice tutor. The assessment and the certificate are included in the price.
- The course materials belong to the seller or its licensors. Buying a course gives you the right to use them for your own learning during your term, and nothing more: no copying, resale or sharing of your login.
3. Your account
Your PrepGraph login is created as part of checkout - there is nothing to set up first - and the link to open it goes to the email address or phone number you gave. If that address already has a PrepGraph account, the course is added to it and you sign in as usual.
You must be 18 or older and buying for yourself, and the details you give must be accurate: the receipt, the login link and any refund go to them.
4. Price and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees for India, inclusive of GST, and in US dollars for the United States. Those are the only two markets we can sell and invoice in; from elsewhere you can browse but not buy.
- The market you pay in is decided at checkout by where your connection comes from, not by the switcher at the top of the page, so the currency, the invoice and the tax treatment match where you are.
- You pay once, through Razorpay for rupee orders or Stripe for dollar orders. Card and UPI details go to the payment provider and never to us.
- If a course's price changes between the page you read and the moment you pay, checkout stops and shows you the new price before taking anything.
- A buyer in India declares the state they are in; it becomes the place of supply on the GST invoice that is issued for the order. Keep the invoice: it is your proof of purchase.
5. Refunds
The refund page states the window, what is always refunded, and how to ask. It is part of these terms.
6. The certificate
Evidence of supervised AI competence in a named profession. This certificate makes no placement promise and must never be marketed as one. It carries a serial that anyone can check on the verify page without an account. We make no placement, hiring or salary promise about any course, and neither should anyone selling you one.
A certificate can be revoked - for example if the practical is found to have been sat by someone else - and the verify page then says so.
7. The assessment
The practical at the end of a course is proctored. What is recorded, who reviews it and how long it is kept is stated on each course page before you sit it. If it is sat by someone other than the person named on the order, no certificate is issued, and one already issued is revoked.
8. Using the storefront
Do not probe the checkout or the verify page with scripts, place orders you do not mean, or use someone else's details. We may cancel and refund an order placed that way.
9. What we do not promise
The storefront and the courses are provided as they are. We work to keep them running and to correct what goes wrong, but we do not promise that either will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we do not promise any particular result from taking a course. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Your rights, and disputes
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer-protection law where you live that cannot be waived. If you are a consumer in India, that includes the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and you may also take a complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or e-Daakhil.
Write to us first: support@prepgraph.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours.
11. Changes
These terms are versioned, and the date at the top changes when they do. The terms in force when you paid are the ones that apply to that order.
